Sweet Celebrations

A Fall Engagement Party

Prior to this sweet couple flying off to Italy to get married, an evening celebrating their engagement was held locally in Clovis, CA.

Family and friends enjoyed an evening of food, beverages and desserts.  The DJ started and dancing followed.   A joyous time was had by all, celebrating the happy couple.

Please Be Seated Event Rental was there, helping with the set up and break down.  Thank you for letting us be a part of your celebration.

It was a beautiful affair to remember!

Congratulations Addison and Jordan!  We wish you all the joy and happiness in your new life together!

A Reception To Remember

The Chapman's were married in Shaver Lake, at Carleigh's paternal grandparent's cabin.  A smaller setting but a special place, the couple, both hold close to their heart.  Wanting to celebrate with family and friends, their families held a reception at Belmont Country Club, at a later date.

The room was set with round tables draped in ivory linens.  Touches of silvered blue throughout the room and soft dreamy flowers scattered all around.

Layers of lights, from the chandeliers above and candles on the tables, in different votives and candlesticks, created a beautiful warm glow.  As the sun set, the room began to sparkle.

Beverages and Hors d'oeuvres were followed by dinner.  And then, dancing the night away!

Congratulations Carleigh and Josh Chapman!  We wish you a life full of love, joy and happiness!  And a gaggle of kids!

An Enchanted Bridal Shower

The love of family and friends surrounded the visiting bride-to-be, now living in Georgia, with an Enchanted Evening Bridal Shower.

The mother and sisters created a beautiful ethereal setting with cafe lights, candles and hanging wisteria.

Please Be Seated Event Rental was there with farmhouse tables, fruitwood padded chairs, backdrop round arch, Elizabeth's Writing Desk, Event Cart and a few miscellaneous tabletop decor items.

The honored guest was met with  lovely decorations of books and woodland decor, adorning the tables.  Glowing globes hung amongst wisteria and tree branches. Everything was lovely!

Our Elizabeth's Writing Desk was a perfect for leaving a card and picking up a favor, at the end of the evening.

Guests started with beverages and sumptuous appetizers.  As the sun set, the lights flickered and dinner was served.  Followed by dessert.

A sweet ending to a beautiful beginning!

Congratulations to the future Mr and Mrs McLaughlin!  We wish you all the best as you begin your lives together!

A Spring Bridal Shower

Siera imagined how her dream bridal shower would look and her future mother-in-law created it!

Siera chose the gorgeous color palette of olive green and ivory.  The olive green, to honor her fiancé, who served in the United States Army.

The farmhouse tables added a touch of rustic while round tables were elegantly draped with ivory tablecloths and olive green square tablecloths, picking up the accent color.  White roses, hydrangeas and eucalyptus were used throughout the table decor and around the outdoor rooms.

Meandering through a magical pathway of arbors and flowers, our wooden arch was used as a perfect photo spot. Decorated with draped sheers and eucalyptus and flower sprays.

After walking through a final arbor, a mocktail station, with fresh fruit garnishes, was set up near a sparkling pool.

Brunch is served!

Temperatures can always be a little unpredictable in the spring. It's never a problem when foods are served using our ice tables.

Guests enjoyed the brunch selections while laughter and conversations filled the air.

Our Parisian Flower Cart was the perfect setting for the delicious assortment of pastries and macaroons that were served.

This was truly a celebration of love and new beginnings for the bride-to-be!

Thank you, Siera and Brendan, for inviting Please Be Seated Event rental to be part of your upcoming wedding this Fall.

Mastered It!

Morgan held a surprise party to honor her husband Ethan, a young dad, who earned his master’s degree in education.

It was a joyful tribute to his hard work, determination, juggling a full-time job and graduate studies.

Under the glow of stringed lights, friends and family gathered and shared stories.

The backyard was transformed with our round tables and padded fruitwood folding chairs, bright flowers and the natural beauty of their backyard garden setting.

Guests toasted to Ethan's hard work and accomplishment before dinner and dessert was served.

Here’s to you, Ethan, with your Masters of Education! We wish you all the best!
