  • Online, you can rent 24/7. Start by browsing our wide selection of event decor items. Choose your items by adding them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event, and your information.  We will contact you to confirm rental items, date of event and location by phone. 

  • The majority of Clovis and Fresno delivery and pick-up fees start at $60 and increase based on mileage.

  • Majority of our inventory needs to be handled by our delivery team.  There are a few small decor items that are allowed to be picked up and returned. 

    A 10% loading fee is added to Will Call items since we do not allow you to load or unload from our storage facility. 

  • We want your linen order to be seamless.  We will be happy to help you choose the correct size of tablecloth needed depending on the look you are wanting. From the  clean look of a few inches to a more dramatic look of your fabric puddling to the floor. 

    We carry an extensive line of fabrics and colors.  Browse through our online selection anytime.  Once you narrow down your choices, you can check out our fabric samples to be certain about what you are ordering so there is no guessing!

    Upon placing your linen rental order with us, full payment is required.  Your event rentals are reserved for you and ordered from our suppliers right away; therefore, no changes to the type, fabric, size or color will be allowed once payment is made. No refunds will be issued.  

  • Deliveries require someone to be present to receive all deliveries and sign off for all pick ups. 

    Deliveries are typically on Thursdays or Fridays, for a weekend event. Pick-ups are typically on Mondays. Deliveries and pick-ups that must be made on a weekend, late night pickups after 6 p.m, or a public holiday will incur additional fees.

    We will reach out 1 week before your event to confirm your delivery details and make any adjustments as necessary.  We have a 4 hour delivery and pick up window. We will text or call you (whatever your preference) when we are heading your way.  

  • Yes, a non-refundable 40% of the total is required for reserving any rentals.  

    The remaining balance is due thirty days prior to your event.
